On Saturday, September 14, former Marian Catholic High School athlete Joshua Coats played in the Benedictine Eagles’ 27-to-22 win over the Loras Duhawks.
Coats is a 5′10″ 180-pound senior defensive back.
He racked up six tackles, helping the Benedictine Eagles shut down the Loras Duhawks offense.
Benedictine’s football team is an NCAA DIII team that plays in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.
Up next for Coats: the Eagles play the Rockford Regents at home on Saturday, September 21 at 2 p.m.
