Nyla Williams scored three goals to lead Marian Catholic to a decisive 8-0 victory over St. Anthony on Saturday in the New Berlin Invitational.

According to the event details, the Spartans (4-14-1) broke through with a balanced attack and strong teamwork. Gianna Arriaga, Rianna Rivera, Julianna Espinosa, Madison Beachum, and Alex Spragens each added a goal in the shutout win.

Assists were distributed throughout the lineup. Arriaga, Espinosa, Williams, and Spragens each recorded an assist. Valerie Nelson and Adryanna Mota also contributed with assists in the match.

The offensive outburst marked a high point in a challenging tournament weekend for Marian Catholic. Earlier in the event, the Spartans dropped a close 3-2 contest to Middleton and fell 3-0 to Oak Creek.

Despite these setbacks, the win over St. Anthony reflected a solid team effort and a standout performance from Williams, who completed her hat trick with confidence and precision.

Marian Catholic will look to carry the momentum from their offensive explosion into their upcoming matches as they aim to close out the season on a high note. The team returns to regular season action later this week.
